Who manages this website

The HLM Interior Design website and its project-enquiry process are operated through Flor Technologies. For privacy questions or requests about an enquiry, contact kazi@cansoft.com and identify HLM Interior Design.

Information you choose to send

The project form collects your name, email, phone number, city, property type, selected service, timing, optional budget notes, message and consent. We use this information to review the project, confirm availability and scope, and respond to you. The form assigns a request reference to recognise a retry and reduce duplicate submissions.

How an enquiry is handled

Enquiry details are passed directly to Flor’s lead-management system for the HLM project. Authorised administrators use this record to review and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include identity documents, health information, financial account details, door codes or other sensitive material in the initial message.

Technical data and service providers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process network information such as IP addresses, request details and security events. The enquiry system uses request information to help prevent abuse. Credited images load from Unsplash, whose servers receive normal image-request information. Following an external link takes you to a site with its own privacy practices.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not implement advertising cookies or a marketing tracking pixel. The project form holds your unsent details in the open page, rather than saving a draft to browser storage. Hosting or security services may use technical mechanisms necessary to operate and protect their services. Your browser controls remain available for managing third-party requests and cookies.

Your choices and requests

Submit only the details needed to explain the project. You can request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry by emailing the contact above. Information may need to be retained where it is necessary to handle an active request, resolve a dispute or meet an applicable obligation. Ask for the retention details relevant to your enquiry.

Technology providers may process information in Canada or other countries. This notice may change as the site and enquiry process develop. The updated date above identifies the version currently published.
