Thoughtful rooms. Confident choices. Online design across Canada.
A clear path from the beginning

From “what if?”
to a considered plan.

A useful design process gives each decision a place. Start with your needs, agree on the work, then develop the details.

01. Share your project

Tell us your city, property type, the room or rooms you are considering and the problem you want to solve. Add your approximate timing and budget boundaries. An enquiry is a starting point, not a confirmed booking or fee proposal.

02. Confirm availability and scope

The project team reviews your brief and confirms the appropriate next step. Before any work is agreed, clarify the deliverables, fees, review rounds, timing and responsibilities. Identify technical or on-site work that needs separate local expertise.

03. Prepare the room information

Gather photographs from each corner, reliable measurements, fixed features and details of the items you want to keep. Explain the room’s daily use and bring a few reference images with notes about what you like. Physical samples will matter when finalising colours and finishes.

04. Develop and review the direction

Depending on the agreed scope, the design direction may include room layouts, a palette, furnishing ideas, sourcing guidance or implementation notes. Review these against your priorities and ask about tradeoffs while the decisions are still easy to adjust.

05. Check the practical details

Before ordering or building, verify measurements, product suitability, delivery access, current stock and lead times. The responsible trades and professionals must check technical conditions, local approvals and installation details. Confirm who handles purchases, delivery, returns and follow-through.

A good brief makes a difference

  • What should the room help you do?
  • What needs to stay, and what could change?
  • What are your spending and timing boundaries?
  • Who will measure, install and coordinate the work?
Every good room starts somewhere
