Planning resources
This website provides general interior-design information and a way to enquire about a project. Articles and city guides help you prepare questions and a design brief. They do not replace a site assessment, product specification, engineering advice, permit review or the judgement of the professionals responsible for your work.
Project enquiries and agreed work
Sending a form does not confirm an appointment, fee, service area or engagement. Availability, deliverables, fees, revisions, timing and responsibilities must be confirmed in a separate agreed scope. Do not make purchases or begin construction on the assumption that an enquiry is a completed design recommendation.
City guides and online support
City pages provide local planning context for online design enquiries. They do not represent physical HLM offices or a guarantee of in-person service. Building-specific requirements, product availability and professional responsibilities must be checked for the actual project.
Images and attribution
Credited photography is used for design inspiration and is not presented as work completed by HLM. Photographer credits and source links appear beside the images and on the image credits page. Rights in photographs remain with their respective owners under the applicable source terms.
Responsible use
Provide accurate project details and use the form for legitimate enquiries. Do not submit spam, harmful code, private information about another person without authority, or material you are not entitled to share. Website access and external links may change.
