Fees, scheduling terms, and project timelines are set according to the selected service and any written proposal or agreement connected to it. Work may begin only after required approvals or payments are received.
All original design concepts, drawings, recommendations, and written materials created by HLM Interior Design remain protected intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Project materials are provided for the client and project they were created for.
